Data Source: BC Vital Statistics stillbirth events registry

Description

Includes all stillbirths registered in the province of BC.

Exclusions

• Abortion procedures, including those conducted in concert with other procedures, are unavailable from all applicable files. This is in accordance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act article 22.1.

Checklists are only available to eligible researchers as defined by FIPPA Section 35. If you are eligible, please contact Researcher Liaison for a checklist of fields available, and provide one to two sentences describing the purpose of your request.
