Research objective: 

We seek to determine whether precision medicine innovations are a cost-effective use of health care resources. Our primary objective is to document the expenditures impact and early stage cost-effectiveness of patients enrolled in POG versus POG-naive care.

Hypothesis: We hypothesize that POG is not a cost-effective use of scarce resources; the Incremental change Cost per change Life year gained (LYG) of POG will be greater than $100,000/LYG in 90% of simulations.
