PopData or HDPBC stream?

All academic projects requesting BC Ministry of Health data and other data sets available on the Health Data Platform BC (HDPBC) will go through the HDPBC stream, provided that certain criteria are met. Projects that do not meet these criteria will follow the Population Data BC (PopData) stream.

Data access has been approved for a project aiming to fill knowledge gaps about the long-term prognoses for infants with prenatal factors and severe neonatal morbidity that put them at risk for neurological and psychiatric disorders in childhood and early adulthood.

NEW Researcher Advisory Committee

The Researcher Advisory Committee represents and communicates the diverse needs and viewpoints of the research community in relation to data-driven research supported by PopData. Input from researchers informs strategic decisions about acquisition of new data sources; provision of new technical, training, or other supports; and design of other engagement activities.
