Our Professional Specialization Certificate in Population Health Data Analysis has won an award from the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education in the non-credit category. The awards are an annual competition held to recognize innovation and excellence for program development in continuing education.

"We are thrilled the PHDA program has been recognized with a CAUCE award," said Ann Greenwood, Education and Training Lead at PopData. "It speaks strongly to the program's dedication to excellence in professional development training, and the collaborative partnership between ourselves and the UVic Division of Continuing Studies and Department of Geography, that has made this innovative program a success."

The multidisciplinary focus of the program attracts a diverse cross-section of health and social science professionals seeking to update their skills and knowledge or learn new analytic techniques.
